Our mission is to inspire Black Boys to dream beyond their immediate circumstances and nurture their growth as leaders who are self-aware, take responsibility for themselves and positively impact their communities.

Through vulnerability and introspection, black boys will cultivate fearless joy and growth, becoming leaders rooted in purpose, realizing their dreams, and uplifting their communities.
